2. Vacancy details and filling process

There is a shortage of ration dealers in many districts, villages and urban areas across Telangana. The government is ready to fill the vacancies created due to resignations, deaths or other reasons of old dealers.

Note: This notification will not be released for the entire state at once… it will be released separately by the local authorities (RDO/MRO) in the respective mandals and revenue divisions . Therefore, candidates should contact the revenue offices under their jurisdiction.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to apply for these Ration Dealer posts must have the following qualifications:

A. Local Resident

• The most important rule: The applicant must reside in the exact same village or ward/town for which the vacancy is being applied.

• People from other villages are not allowed to apply for vacancies in other villages.

B. Educational Qualifications

• Candidates must have passed at least 7th class or 10th class (SSC) .
